- A1: Due to the constraint space in our shop and the need of ample moving space for our stylist to execute the haircut within our business concept of “10 minutes haircut”. Most importantly it is also to maintain a orderly queue system so that no queue cutting or confusion would occur/arise. However, exemption will be given to young kid, pregnant lady, handicap person and senior citizen.
由于我们商店的空间有限而且我们的美发师也需要有宽裕的移动空间以便能迅速完成我们的“10分钟理发”概念。最重要也是为了维持一个有秩序的排队

- A2: For children customer, it is also our Company regulation that he/she have to be able to sit by themselves without any adult assistance/supervision. The main reason is in view of customer safety as our stylist are trained in fast haircutting skill execution, it would be real dangerous if the child shakes or move his/her head unexpectedly/suddenly.

- A3: No, all hair stylist are assigned a specific cutting chair. This is so that we would be able to better monitor and identify our staff if the need arise.
